Irrigation started the end of March this year... meaning spring has officially started! Dave has been irrigating the Encantada and is enjoying the excuse to get out into the fresh air. After spending quite a bit of time cleaning out the ditches, removing branches and tumble weeds, the water has started to fill in and raise the water table. Things are slowly starting to green up! We were blessed to have family visit, Wayne and Charlotte and their doggies, and they enjoyed Dave's tour of the little ranch and his irrigation duties. The doggies in particular loved the morning and afternoon outings! The weren't so certain about the replacements heifers below the house!
